An initiative of the University of Virgin Islands Research and Technology Park (RTPark), an economic development organization that attracts technology and knowledge-based businesses to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The RTPark is a partnership between the private sector, the government of the USVI and the University of the Virgin Islands to advance economic development in the territory.
